What is your return policy?
At Écharpe à la Mode, our customer's satisfaction is our number one priority. We examine all our scarves before they are sent out to insure top quality; however, in the event that you are not satisfied with your product, we will accept returns for unworn and undamaged scarves. To process a return, please email us at echarpealamode@gmail.com with your Name, Order Number and reason for return. We will only accept returns within 10 days after your order is placed.
How long does the shipping take?
Shipping will take somewhere from 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email after your product has been shipped.
